Choices were between the beef tenderloin with blue cheese crumbles or Nicoise salad. I pre-ordered the former... big mistake. Looked nothing like the decent looking beef a couple posts up.
Overall this dish looked like a crime scene when it was served to me. It had about a quarter of an inch of standing liquid in the bottom of it. Potatoes were undercooked and tasteless, spinach or whatever green this was was absolutely soaked through by the liquid and disgusting to eat, beef was overcooked but still edible and the blue cheese was alright. In the future I would definitely select the salad. Service on board was fine, nothing bad, nothing spectacular.
