The Fast Track and Priority (Special assistance) lanes at MAN are in fact different although adjacent lines . As mentioned above the Priority line can be quite slow, the one time I have used it painfully so.
For about half the cost of the Escape lounge I would recommend Frankie and Benny's who do a very good breakfast.
