Good itinerary overall, to the bit above I'd just add that as you're starting out in Amsterdam, KLM flies to Wrocław these days.
Also worth considering the Kłodzko valley as an add on to Wałbrzych, lots of scenery and numerous spa towns (any town that ends in 'Zdrój' essentially).
