no - I fully agree that Thais communication behaviour or policy is "subterranean" - meanwhile we all have gotten used to much higher standards with other airlines such as e.g. Lufthansa even in exceptional special cirumstances and if Thai will survive they have to take a much more customer-focused new approach in communications.....
