Probably the best roast beef I have had in an airplane (beats the AF-KLM cold meats hands down!). Rare and juicy.
The cheese was from the Vaud selection.
Ha, ha: You drink Duval Leroy with the beef like me ^, agree that this beef of the August short haul menu is great (as is the cheese, one must have been a Tilsiter)
