It obviously matters to the poster, and understandably so. If an account activity really happened on Aug. 07 and remained hidden from the customer for 3 days, one might wonder for what reason. But if the activity really happened on Aug 10, and was presented with an incorrect date, it's a minor accounting misconduct.
