I can't help wondering why they have a problem with used tires. As far as I could find out, Bahrain has no local tire manufacturing industry that they might want to protect. Does anyone have any insight into this? Could it have anything to do with their automobile races?
That leaped out at me too.... I mean the "live swine" restriction was no surprise.... but.. Radio controlled planes???
