No issues in terms of lounge access at Heathrow, bearing in mind that your flight is likely to depart from an A gate and, as such, the Lufthansa lounge would be the most logical choice (if you have plenty of time before your flight and fancy a nice stroll to the other side i.e. B, the United lounge is less crowded generally speaking and has much better food compared to the above mentioned lounge).
