I did receive this. I am pretty new to Hyatt having enrolled in WoH last summer (after having been kicked out of the original Gold Passport program years ago for non-activity) and got the CC this March. Only 1 stay so far this year, so maybe they are targeting low activity members. Fortunately, I do have a stay planned during the promotion period; unfortunately, it's a point award stay so only incidental spend will be doubled.
