OP, not specifically LY, but I personally usually go for the bulkhead seats when in Economy or Premium as I appreciate no one reclining in to me.
I had the same question as the OP. I would also go for bulkhead for precisely this reason, however it doesn't bother you that you can't have easy access to your personal stuff by putting under the seat in front of you? Since there is no seat, you are forced to put all in the overhead bin.
