If you are saying that we don't know exactly what causes an account to be shuttered, I would agree 100% with you.
On the other hand, if you are asking what sort of behavior would almost assure you of getting the boot, doing what you posted earlier would be high on my list.
I am sure that loading BB or Serve with GCs probably has something to do with getting the axe. Amex certainly has the capability of knowing how these cards are being funded.
