A few bloggers wrote about this back in March. It's the old R-C invitation only status. I think it's more of a fancy, elite status than anything of real substance, at least from what I've read about it. It's supposed to be a more personal, local experience. Big deal IMO.

As UA-NYC wrote, the R-C lounge is the only interesting benefit I've seen.
