I normally allow 30 minutes from the HGI Hatton Cross to T5. You don't say which terminal you're flying in to or out of at LHR? If T2/T3 it's right there. If T5 you're about 15 mins from the hotel allowing for the 1 stop on the tube and a bit of time waiting for it.
The other point to bear in mind is that access to HGI T2 is going to be entirely indoors from all LHR terminals.
Assuming you were going to walk from Hatton Cross to the hotel, you can't avoid being outdoors for some of the time, and thus exposed to the elements - such as they are in Middlesex - for at least a few minutes. It's 375 metres from the tube station to HGI Hatton Cross, or HGI London Heathrow Airport to use its now somewhat misleading official title.
