You're all set for an approval provided you get them the correct documents. Confirm with them what they actually need, it's most likely a 4506-T form that you'll receive in the mail. And correct, it will be your personal return since you're sole prop.
They have an email you can send in stuff if you want to expedite. It's
[email protected] (double check with them and don't just trust me).

Sent PTR last Thursday evening. Note, I do have a schedule C in there but it's for my wife. The CSR confirmed the app, put me on hold and approved me. I had gotten declined earlier, citing 2/65 violations. Surprising part of the approval is the $3k credit line. Doesn't really matter, I guess. Next hurdle is to confirm bonus posting.
