I'm honestly bewildered they still use YQ since I don't think international fares are subject to any ad valorem taxes and is base-fare commissioning still a big thing? Meanwhile the number of dumps and other exploitable issues due to the fact that no system handles YQ correctly surely costs them. Some markets (Australia for example) don't have YQ.
