50K miles posted 4 times...
DW and I both have 2 50K bonuses posted on our accounts @
May-July, 2019. We haven't had a 50K app since last year, they have all been 60K/65K. My 2 50K bonuses were April, June, then 60K in July. I haven't had the time to do a full investigation, but it looks like they may have skipped giving us a bonus each altogether. I haven't been cross referencing my apps with the card numbers, and dates of finishing min spend, so this is going to be real mess to figure out, much less prove to Citi.
Anyone else run into this? And it you haven't been checking closely on your account, I really recommend that you do.
