In the past ICN-SYD would change to a 747-8 about a month or two before switching to the A380. This is also when AKL gets them (lasts during the northern winter).
LHR and FRA more or less alternate between A380 and 747-8 (sometimes to 77W though)
JFK is 1x 747-8 and 1x A380 until the summer where it goes 2x A380 and I think this is when SFO switches to 1x 747-8 1x 787-9 instead of 2x 77W
FCO and ATL get them year round.
PRG, KUL and SIN also get them during the northern summer
Starting this year CDG gets them during the 8th weekly flight during the summer season.
