@87CTA and @81romeo, sorry to hear of this awful situation you were put in.

IMHO the captain made a bad call to ask other passengers if they wanted take a later flight. This moron should have been taken off the flight.

Where was the security of passengers and crew taken into account by the captain?

I hope you have filed a complaint with BA.
