Just another data point about extending a couple of NC 7-night certs for another year: Not a problem. I'd already extended the original OC certs for another year when I converted them to their current NC-status last summer. But lazy traveler I am, a year later and I still haven't put either of them to use. Called tonight to have them extended another year and after a 15-minute hold, done! Although he did seem to greatly emphasize the condition that this was the last time such an extension could be done and also I need to have the stay completed, not just attached to a reservation, by July 29, 2020. Period. I understand and accept the challenge.
