I would guess that means as PM you don't get to use the Upper Class security or the Upper Class drive up but I would be surprised if you couldn't use the Upper Class check in on the main level (where the regular check in desks are). But this is just a guess on my part as I haven't been to London since I fell from grace (DM -> PM)
