I'll guess it was Aerovias Guest, operating a leased Mexicana Comet, running Mexico City-Miami-Bermuda-Santa Maria-Lisbon-Madrid.
Good call, Mr. M! It was indeed Aerovias Guest which, aside from BOAC, I believe may have run the only scheduled trans-Atlantic Comet flights between North America and Europe. This flight continued on to Madrid which I neglected to include in the question as it might have made the answer too obvious.
