On question on this point.

lets say I want to use the voucher to get from LHR -> Tokyo. easy... simple.

but what if I need to first get a flight from Paris. So...

paris -> LHR -> Tokyo -> Lhr -> Paris.

i know the voucher would work for the Paris legs, but would, on the phone, I be able to create a situation where my following legs are protected Incase of delays? ie where i don’t need to fly to lhr the day before to protect my booking...
