The new BP seat is not arriving until the new Dreamliners arrive in 2022.
My understanding is the current BP refurb seat will arrive with the last - 9 Dreamliner which off the top of head arrives in Oct. Rest of the fleet will then be refurbished over the next year or so.
Air NZ are remaining very tight lipped about what changes there actually are to the refurb seat.
