I’m really not sure why the list of your local and frequented restaurants is relevant? As you stated airline catering is difficult. We all know that airline food is never going to compare. High achieving chefs/celebrity chefs put their name to various travel adventures, be it planes or cruise ships, but we all know were not going to get the same quality as we would in a restaurant.
