That is bad.

Looking at the inbounds due into LHR late tonight, there is a whole string of currently long delays.

So your KRK was due into LHR 22:50 BST, and is now 04:34 hrs. But that isn't even the worst one! Apart from a BUD delayed overnight from 20:20 CET to 06:20 departure, there is also an OSL service due into LHR at 22:40 BST, currently 04:37. Similar stories for BLL, ARN, MUC, VIE (due in 20:55, booked now for 04:36) with the late NCE cancelled altogether, that was the last service due in at 22:50. There's a geographic pattern there, so something isn't going well over BNL-DACH. More generally there are a lot of flights from other parts of Europe running typically an hour or two late.
