BA352 LHR-NCE Rolling delay

MrsMsm2000uk is in GF waiting for BA352 this evening.

A 90 min delay has turned into 2h30m, and the BA website shows an 0513+1 departure.

At what point can she try and abandon this to get on a flight tomorrow?

Does BA have a duty of care for her hotel tonight?
