Yes, I saw that and tried that number and you have to get transferred to Le Club (if it is within business hours in your region). The first time I called could not reach a representative. Once I finally got someone at Le Club they gave me a different number to call back moving forward that you can actually select Le Club from vs. the general reservations line (which is the main contact number for "Contact Us"). Long story short they have been having issues with accounts locking and it could apparently take 2 business weeks to unlock. The agent was very nice and completely honest about what was going on -- so it is what it is. My online form submission was never answered going on 5-days later an counting.
