Le Club Account Website Issues
I have been having trouble accessing my Le Club account (Silver) off and on via the Accor website since the Fairmont acquisition -- despite my password having never changed since I setup my Le Club account (eventually I always managed to get it). It finally got to the point now where I cannot log-in at all. Reset the password and still nothing. Submitted an online request and 3-days later, still no response. Is there not a Le Club phone number to call or is the contact form the only way to communicate? Has anyone else had issues with logging-in to their account? The app is hit or miss as well and requires a new log-in more frequently than any other and is now moot given my inability to get my password or password change to take.
