Yes. I've gone through T3 with T1 BPs too many times to count. I've never been asked, but if ever questioned, I'd just say, "using the lounge at the D Gates."
When I was questioned, I responded honestly. "I like the parking here better." And it wasn't really so much of a question as a comment by the TSA agent.
