I can't believe no one has answered this simple question. I am right now trying recover the taxes from a ticket I am also trying to cancel. Been at this for more than a week. The 901 111 500 number is useless. They tell me (over and over) that they will cancel the ticket and send me an email. No email. I call again and the agent says "there must have been a mistake, I will cancel your reservation and put in (tramitar) for a refund of the taxes. I'll send you an email." Email never comes. Went to Iberia office at Barajas Airport: "We can't do anything for you because you bought your ticket online. You have to cancel it on the Iberia website." But other than "Reclamaciones" which refer to complaints about flights taken in the past, there doesn't seem to be any way to do this at
www.iberia.com. Flight is coming up in two days and I need to move forward. Any advice from IB veterans?
