It's always answered by the "titanium line", and never overly helpful.
What it boils down to is that I am always told to just call the hotel myself.
Some examples:
- Airport pickup in Mumbai
- Questions about parking in The Hague
- ...
I called the number again. Needed my wife added to a reservation. The agent asked for her name and said she was added to the reservation. When we get to the hotel, we found out she hadn't been added.
I feel like every time I've called has been a complete and utter waste of time.
I think their usefulness has gone down the drain, along with the points I am missing that nobody seemed to care about.
