Seems awfully similar to the Marriott we are sorry we bonvoyed you gift card I got earlier this year (Thread: Marriott Bonvoy ‘Thank you for your loyalty’ Gift Card Received via e-Mail)
While I’m convinced Marriott was doing damage control, is that what we’re thinking World of Hyatt is also doing?
