Not sure as it was some years ago when I lived in China. Super Cheap though and made sure it qualified before I booked it. The Baoshan Rd one had a failing grade on their restaurant score. Interesting that they even posted it.
Do you mean failing as in the "sad face" or is there an even lower rating? I've noticed that, unlike in the US, many people in China don't give a rat's behind about those ratings.
