I called my mall today and they said they haven't heard of the promo but will ask the manager tomorrow.
It should be said that for the last promo ($1 off Visas) they didn't know about it when I bought on the first day. They called to the manager who confirmed it and came up with the memo on how to process the transaction. So, they may hold it close to the vest until it goes live?!?!
