DL 1778 on 7/10/2019

My brother was traveling yesterday on DL 1778 from MEM-ATL and had the most unique experience that I thought I would share. Once he boarded in MEM the flight was delayed due to a swarm of bees directly on top of the refueling panel. The delay was while they waited on a bee keeper to come and get rid of the swarm of over 1000 bees. He stated after about 30 minutes a guy showed up in shorts and a t-shirt with a "Shopvac" like vacuum, sucked the bees into it, and off they went.

He was unable to get a picture due to where he was sitting. Luckily they weren't too late and he made his connection with some time to spare. Anyone ever heard of anything like that happening?
