Lip stains - how dry are they? I have seriously dry lips much of the year and am addicted to lip balms and lip oils. Stains (and anything matte or long lasting) are usually too dry for me.....
They're not as dry as you'd think - I tend to put lip balm on over them once they've dried down and don't notice the texture. No lip peeling either, which I tend to get with a lot of long wear/matte lipstick (and I hate the matte look anyway).
