I know you're not a newbie MSer so I'm not sure if you're just trolling out of boredom.
We know (or you should know by now) that when axp shuts down S/BB accounts, they allow cardholder full access to their available balance, they can't just load their cards once shut down. IOW, cardholders do NOT lose any funds, just can't add funds to continue using the card.
