The part that really sucks is the number of people this impacts...all the passengers on that flight getting to NRT 4 hours late, some with connections, then the passengers NRT-DTW, as that flight is due to arrive 4 hours 12 minutes late, and then the passengers flying DTW-PVG! All because of one passenger.
