So we lost our bag while coming back from London. At Bangalore airport we put in a request to trace the same. The numbers provided by them are useless as they cannot trace the baggage more than 45 days since we have complained. They are not ready/ authorised to give procedure of how to file lost report and seek compensation other than saying call your local office. Any one knows how to get some compensation from air India and whom to approach for the same.
