I got banned back in the first ever bluebird purge. Since then, I haven't had time to engage in or research other manufactured spending options. At the risk of offending those who more religiously follow this thread, is there a reasonable chance that I might be able to open a Serve account now despite getting banned back at the time of the first purge?
