So, I’ve seen a couple questions on Bigger Carry-On size with regards to airline limits, so I thought I would share my experiences. (If there is enough interest it could become a wiki, and others could contribute)

So far here are the airlines I’ve flown on (and to date I’ve never had a problem)
-AA - have status, and have never been bothered to size it
-UA - fit sizer
-AS - 1 r/t, fit fine in 739 bins, but wasn’t asked to size it
-DL - have flown a few times, never been asked to size
-EasyJet - was a squeeze, but fit in sizer (might be due to the fact that it was overstuffed. Literally had to sit on it to close it, when I realized, at the airport, that only 1 bag total is allowed)
