I've had a (US) Courtyard only give me 1 physical $10 voucher, even with 2 guests in the room (and the FD person made it sound like we only got the 1). But when both of us went to the Bistro together the next morning, the Bistro staff applied the single voucher for both of us (in effect, fulfilling the $10/each for member + 1). Which worked out fine in the end, but there could be more communication between the front desk and food service staff.
