Seems to make sense to switch from HOU to IAH. But if it's only going to dedicate two flights into Houston, why not run 2x from BOS rather than 1x from BOS, 1x from JFK? While B6 times the BOS-IAH early for business passengers, the 1x style is more Spirit like approach for this kind of pair.
