Nope. Always dismal.
Considering the 24 weekly UA flights to TLV it sure ought to be a priority.

The E Dan Lounge was closed, so we had to go to the Lounge in C, which made the trek to the gate a bit longer.
I was very crowded and hard to find a seat.
There are only four toilets which are shared by both men and women, so expect to wait if you need one..
Same experience, very tough to find a seat. Luckily Priority Pass has a restaurant option in TLV.
