AFAIK all of the various Avianca companies EXCEPT FOR BRAZIL fall under the main Avianca earnings table. The key is having an AV XXX flight number...
Just to report back: I have completed the flights. The flights were operated by various Avianca companies (except Brazil) and the flights credited within 1-2 days according to the main Avianca earnings table. So @craigthemif was correct!
