Thinking about ordering a special meal on HKG-LAX, none of those options sound very appealing.
I encountered the beef short rib back in May on LAX to SYD (or maybe the other way around). It was with a red wine sauce and not a bbq sauce. The beef itself was quite good and tender but I didn't love the sauce. I think a bbq sauce would have been much better.
