Seat change upon check-in
I prepaid/booked seats a few months ago for my trip to Madrid and Brussels. I checked in this morning and now the seats are different from the ones that I chose on both legs. I am still seated next to my travel companion, but the seats don't match up. To get back to the original seats, I have to pay for them when checking in. I called Iberia reservations and they said that they can't change it back to the original seats over the phone and I have to do it at the airport. Is this true? I am a bit frustrated by this. Any advice is appreciated.
