Apple Watch residue sets off full body scanner
I have an Apple Watch series 1, i.e. the original. It's hit-or-miss on triggering the security detectors, so I usually just take it off and send it through the x-ray.
Last week at London Luton, something strange happened. I went through the full body scanner and my left wrist set off the yellow box "possible threat" -- exactly where my watch is worn. This wasn't a rolled up sleeve, as my arms were otherwise bare (short sleeves).
Anyone ever hear of an Apple Watch's residue setting off the alarm like this?
