So when I use 005 as the CDP for AAA, am I in violation?
(Hertz still asks me 'is this for company business', etc, etc)
So if the answer is "no, as long as you are a AAA member you are fine", maybe OPs has a shot a pleading with Hertz.
Hey, just like I use the AAA CDP as a AAA member, I thought it was OK to use the Bank CPD as a Bank member.
(But yeah, someone got caught running a scam, IMO)
And agree the key is what the CDP agreement with hertz says....
