For me, 3 J/K, yes it's by the toilet and I was worried about that when I first flew those seats, but I would say the disturbance was minimal. If you're especially sensitive to noise, another option may be better, but we were pleasantly surprised at how little we noticed the proximity of them (effectively not at all)
3 D/E would retain all aisle access if that was an issue, and you wanted to be further from the toilets
